Midway charged me 6.99 for shopping for a 5.49 part,when I received the package in the mail notice that shipping was 1.50.So Midway pocketed 5.49. I called and explained and all they had to say was its policy, more or less they don't care. I will not buy anything else from this outfit because they are greedy and dishonest.
They blamed the someone else for the problem. Were unable to address the issue.
Ordered a tiny ferrule washer for my pistol grips cost 5.46 shipping was 6.99,this item could've been sent in an envelope for .50 but the minimum shipping cost is 6.99 no matter what it is or how small. Ridiculous!

Already sent info, contact me at315-400-**** contacted customer service rep about faulty muzzleloader sight, rep had no idea about product they sold me?? I requested customer service rep supervisor, he insultingly and incorrectly claimed I ordered wrong part number, I verified w/ manufacturer??
He knew less about the product than his rep. His answer was to send it back rudely!
Note , I had just spent over $800.00 dollars on gum and sight. Useless customer service dept

I then asked for Cust service supervisor, he wrongfully accused me of ordering wrong part neither person had any knowledge of product they were selling? I called Williams peepsight , they verified that I ordered correct peepsight number, corrected my issue, very professional.
Unfortunately Midway customer service was very unknowledgeable, lazy, and unprofessional!! Especially after I had just spent over $800.00 dollars with them??

The FFL dealer, I was trying to ship to wasnt getting them the information that they needed in order to OK the transfer.
I got on the phone with a representative and he helped me switch the FFL dealer to someone who is going to get it taken care of.

Midway USA service was perfect. FedEx damaged product but after further inspection of crate some responsibility remains on the shipper.

I had an account with them for 6 years and made a sizable purchase recently, only to realize that their 'newer rewards' program has to be separately signed up for, in addition to the normal sign-up (emails, flyers, etc.). I checked my account; no rewards points.
I talked to customer service, signed up (it's free), and was told, “Too bad your order was placed prior to signing up for rewards.” I asked if they could still honor the rewards points and was told no. I asked if I returned and rebought it, then I could get the points, to which they said yes but remember you have to pay to ship a return back. I took it as a slap in the face.
I won't be doing any business in the future with them. I can only imagine they would not go above and beyond if there is a true issue that takes place with your orders.
