Midway USA is only concerned with their bottom line and does not care about customers. I purchased a late Christmas present on Dec.

27 from Midway usa. The purchase was for a Hatsan 95 pellet rifle as the one we originally wanted was backordered. The Hatsan was on sale and came with what at first appeared to be good reviews. When the rifle arrived Jan.

3, the rifle was DOA right out of the box. I contacted Midway USA and they said they could exchange for an exact model or issue a refund. I told them I had no faith is Hatsan after receiving the DOA unit first shipped and did not want to chance any more issues with this company. I suggested they credit me for the Hatsan and upgrade me to the RWS 34 I originally wanted.

They told me that it was out of stock but could be backordered. They then told me that there was another rws 34 model available and in stock that included a scope. I asked if since I have had so much trouble with the original order if they would let me have the upgraded model at the same price as the non scoped model and they said No. Midway told me that I would have to go to their website and request a refund through their website.

They then informed me that I would have to wait possibly 30 days for the refund to be sent back to my bank. I questioned how long the sale was going to last and if the funds didn't arrive in time would I have to pay full price. To this I got no answer. They were not willing to do anything to make this right.

This is unacceptable. It's not my fault they sent me a defective rifle. It is apparent that Midway USA is only interested in their bottom line and doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

PS... I am a sales rep for a large internet company and I give out discounts, pick up the shipping fee and do what ever it takes to keep my customers happy.

Midway USA... Not a chance!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

How did they it was defective when they sent it, I work CS and love to come hear and read how people have no common sense. Sounds like Hatsan sucks and because Manufacturer makes a bad product you donโ€™t get free money, what plane are you from ?

MidwayUSA CS trolling reviewers. Maybe they should spend more time fixing their horrible service, lousy shipping and unprofessional behavior. That would be too much to ask for I'm sure.
