Midway USA Steals $850!

On January 31st 2017 I returned two scopes and some rings, $850 of stuff. Midway USA acknowledges that they have received the items and owe me the money. But then the song and dance starts with them giving every excuse in the book on why they have not yet refunded my money. It's now May 11th 2017, more than 4 months later and they still have my money. Numerous calls, live chats and emails have left this unresolved. I'm left with no choice but to drag them into court... Midway USA are a bunch of thieves. I will never do business with them again and wish to warn others of their reprehensible behavior.

sounds to me like there were other problems with the return , were the scopes mounted and then taken off ? were all packages opened ? , lets hear the whole story

What a joke process my order on a great ammo deal then cancel after i recieved order confirmation??? We all make mistakes most of us have to pay for them . What excludes Midway???? Lost my business!!!!

Required to Pay to Return Chairs: Package not even opened.

I ordered two new chairs. The chairs arrived and immediately could tell they were the wrong ones. I went the same day to file a return and MidwayUSA would return them but charge me another 15% of what I had to pay and I had to pay for the shipping back. Midways new nitro shipping just plain sucks ! I can still remember when orders were filled and sent out the day they were ordered not anymore now it's a 2 or 3 day wait for an email that says your order shipped and it always has a tracking # that doesn't work from UPS.This funny business has got to be costing them money in lost sales mine anyways.

About a year ago I ordered a Lee loader and some accessories for it from Midway USA. When I received the order I opened the box and looked through the Items but did not set the loader up. About a month later I started setting the loader up and could not find the base plate I had ordered. I was really irritated since I had been charged for one. I contacted Midway USA and even sent them a very rude email. Customer Service was very gracious and in spite of my *** correspondence sent me a new base plate at no cost. About the time I received the new one I found the one they had initially shipped. I had put it in an unusual place and forgotten. I then contacted Customer Service again, apologized, and asked them to bill me for the extra one they sent. They were, again, very gracious and didn't flak me. To me, they did a great job and I was and am very impressed.

Bait and switch on free shipping

On their site they advertise free shipping at $150. I ordered $182 and the shipping codes would not work.

I called and the representative said there was a code but he would NOT give it to me. I ordered and 5 days later they sent the code and 5 days after that they sent another code. I emailed them and asked a supervisor to review the problem and give me a refund of the shipping. Instead I got an email from Jessica saying the codes are emailed to customers on their list of which I am on because I received the code after the purchase.

She apologized for the the frustration but did not offer a refund. She said she looked forward to my next order and have a wonderful day. This was my first order with them and my last.

Their customer service is non existent.

Ordered 5 boxes of Remington 525 packs if 22 ammo. It was back ordered and I was told when the order came in I would be notified. Then my order was canceled. I called them and was told the time ran out on my back order. I was never told there was a time limit on back orders. It wasn't that long that the order had been placed They would not honor my previous order. I will never buy anything from them.

Midwayusa - Customer Care Review

Recently returned an unopened item & can't get refunded. First they received my return, made me eat return ship cost & issue a credit vs back to my debit card. Called customer service to have the remaining refund amount redircted correctly to ME, and they said "no problem, sorry, its all taken care of now." NOPE, just a pending negative $1.00 authorization transaction. Over a week now since my return first processed & I still don't have my money. Closed today so have to call again tomorrow and waste more time on this. So frustrated! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Very poor seller with bad business practices, poor communication, & false claims to it's customers! My advise: Don't buy from or support this company! Return #3189****

Maybe if you used punctuation people could understand your complaint. I can understand how no one would want to help if you sound like a spoield, rambling child. I've been a customer of MidwayUSA for more than 10 years and have never had an issue with their products, customer service, or shipping.

i returned a product the exact way the supervsor told me to back in july. ots november and i still havent recieved credit for the item yet they send me emails every day. i just delete them i dk not intend to buy anything else until i get $$ for my return. i called today nov 2 and the supervisor made me feel like i was trying to get something for nothing!!!! would like to speak to someone over her need to buy other stuff for christmas presents but refuse to until this matter is solved!!!

Midway + UPS Mail Innovations = Buy elsewhere

Placed an order with Midway and received prompt confirmation and shipping tracking info. End of good experience.

You get a useless tracking number that neither UPS or USPS can help with if something goes wrong. It looks like a package is stuck at a post office along the way but there is no way to get any more info from UPS or USPS. Sent a complaint to Midway - "we will get back to your shortly" but days later nothing has happened. Make sure to specify a shipping method other than UPS MI.

I have had good luck with UPS or USPS but the UPS MI hybrid is a miserable failure. If they force you to use UPS MI then buy elsewhere.

I agree 100%. The tracking numbers are useless for Mail Innovations.

My local PO, 3 miles away shows they scanned it in 8 days ago (a Sun and holiday included in that), so 6 delivery days ago. Post Office says they don't have it and Midway says you'll have to wait 11 more days. Never again. I could have bought 2 out of the 3 items elsewhere (i.e Amazon) and the 3rd item was a "Midway" item, that I could've lived without.

Sorry Midway, this may be the last time I give you my business. "Disappointed 15-year Customer"

I would recommend buying from someone else anyone else I have been waiting 12 days for an order and Midway won't help and won't return my money

MidwayUSA Nitro Flex Shipping Charges are too High

I've been a MidwayUSA customer since 1986. I very much like their selection, pricing and reviews.

Additionally, I like Larry Potterfield's gracious and appreciative words towards his customers. As an online purchaser of items, I'm very sensitive to shipping charges. Midway's shipping charges must be based on order value and not actual order weight. I ordered two 4 oz bottles of Breakfree cleaner/lubricant, two 5-packs of Wilson Combat moon clips and three Wilson combat moon clip loaders, extractors.

The items' weight had to be under 1 pound. The shipping charges were $10.59-that is too much. Why couldn't MidwayUSA have stuffed these seven small items into the smallest USPS shipping box and charged me $5.95? They advertise their Nitro Express shipping as being fast and low cost.

Not So! Then, I received a much bigger, heavier order from MidwayUSA later in the week, which contained two small range bags.

Those shipping charges were $11 and change. I take a dim view of companies that try to make money off of their customers by padding the shipping charges.

Did not send my package in time. This was a time sensitive order. Refused to have it delivered on Saturday. Spent $51 to have a different company overnight me the same parts. Midway did nothing to help. Fail.
