Great Customer Service
Im a new customer with Midway USA. Item was sent promptly, however, USPS stole my order.
USPS claims they forwarded my package to a USPS warehouse located in Atlanta, George for lost mail. I tracked this package since day one and watched it on tracking website being sent by Midway, arriving at my home post office, then being forwarded to a city miles from my home. Now USPS is claiming it is in the process of being destroyed. Right!!
USPS have free lancing thieves stealing our stuff!
In any case, after a month went by I called Midway and they rectified this issue immediately. Ill have here by Thursday - I HOPE. If item is problem free, Midway gets 5 STARS from me. Also, I read a lot of these negative post.
I use to work with individuals like these people. Most of them are Gun Show venders looking to bring down a company they see as competition. Game over vendors.
Midwayusa’s prices, inventory, and customer service thus far is untouchable. Thanks Midway!

MIDWAY IS A CRIMINAL SCAM COMPANY
Ordered a winchester 300 mag replacement bolt. Larry Potterfield sent me a package with a lable that said win 300 mag bolt.
Thats funny because it contained a bolt for a savage that was twice the size of a win 300 mag bolt. Since Dec, 1 2017 he and his rude staff refuse to refund my money refuse to send the correct bolt. His employees sent me a vulgar and nasty cursing filled email saying so sue us "{{REDACTED}}" Midway violates every federal gun law, and they are regulated by the ATF.
Midway usa does not care about customers, especially when they defraud federal social security funds from customers. Chief Redelk KY

My husband placed an order online, their website kept saying the order was not processed. In the end the order was placed 5 times!
His card was charged 5 times and 5 orders for the same item was shipped. When he called customer service he was told they would contact UPS and have the items returned and credit his card. We received our items the same day as they received their returned items, but guess what? Even after repeated calls to them, his card has still not have the refund from Midway.
Always the promise of just a couple of business days, yet the money was taken off the card immediately. Very poor customer relations, there should be a law requiring they return your money as promptly as they take it.
Customer Non-Service
This passed Halloween Midway was offering free shipping on orders over $99. When I tried to place the order, the website kept giving me a "can not process your order at this time" message.
I tried multiple times over the next few hours and kept getting the same message. Next day I made several attempts to contact their "customer service" department. After two attempts with a 20 minute wait each, I finally reached a live person on the third try. I explained the situation to the woman who then informed me that they could not honor the free shipping deal but (begin sarcasm) "They were very sorry" (end sarcasm).
I tried explaining that it was not my fault their website had issues and that a big company like Midway should be happy to pay the $11 shipping to keep a long time customer. She again stated she was sorry and that others had complained of the same problem but there was nothing she could do. (At least she was sorry). I informed her there was something I could do--send my order to Cabellas instead which I promptly did without issue.
I even sent feedback on the M.USA website but I guess Larry is to busy counting his money to respond. I'm done with this company.

Scam Artists
I placed an order for a colt AR15 extractor assembly. I had ordered this item from them before, the description + the picture shows the assembly as including an extractor, extractor spring, and extractor insert.
Like I said, I ordered this item from them before and received exactly that. A few months later, I placed an order for some more, the picture and description was still the same. However, this time I only received the extractor spring and NOT the extractor with it as I did before and as still pictured. I called to complain as the description and picture was still the same as before and I ordered this item before and got it.
They didn't care or bother to reimburse me so I disputed the charge with my credit card.
They then blocked me from doing business with them ever again due to their screw up. Now they have the picture and description changed on their website for it though...
